Rules for the use of services provided by Mirazo Labs

Welcome to Mirazo Labs. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sergio Mirazo's website and freelance services.

1. Services

Mirazo Labs offers professional services in:

  • Custom Web Development (React, PHP, Python).
  • Mobile App Development (Flutter, iOS, Android).
  • Digital Marketing (Google Ads management and SEO optimization).

The scope of work for each project will be defined in a specific proposal or contract agreed upon via email or written agreement.

2. Payments and Billing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit (usually 50%) is required to begin any development work.
  • The remaining balance is paid upon project completion and before final code transfer or deployment.
  • For Google Ads management, service fees are separate from ad spend paid directly to Google.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the developed software/website. Mirazo Labs retains the right to reuse generic code snippets, libraries, or design patterns for other projects, provided they do not contain client confidential data or proprietary business logic.

4. Limitation of Liability

Software: While we strive to provide bug-free code, Mirazo Labs is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered software, including data loss or business interruptions.

Marketing Services (SEO and Ads): We employ best practices to improve your search engine ranking and ad performance. However, we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., "#1 on Google") as they depend on third-party algorithms (Google) outside our control.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate third-party tools (APIs, Hosting, Payment Gateways). Mirazo Labs is not responsible for service interruptions or policy changes by these external providers.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any dispute related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mexico.
